Dr. Barry E. Daly brings over 20 years of experience in behavior analysist services and clinical counseling to the Central Florida community. He is an established Board Certified Behavior Analysis-D, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate, Family and County Mediator, Fifth District Court of Appeals Mediator, a Certified Addiction Professional and Master Addiction Counselor. His clinical expertise ranges from functional behavior assessments, behavior modifications, individual “at risk juveniles” to family and group counseling. Orange County Government recognized Dr. Daly’s expertise in Brief Therapy and Solution Focus Methodologies as a facilitator of parenting workshops and teacher training seminars for Orange County Department of Community Affairs.
He has also served as a consultant on the Citizen Review Panel for Human Services. He is the founder of 2-Strive, LLC: A Behavioral Health and Consulting Agency. His company’s mission is to equip clients with the necessary tools for their journey to ‘wholeness’. His shared vision is reflected in the quote, “Hope is putting faith to work when doubting would be much easier.”
As an adjunct professor in Applied Behavior Analysis and psychological principles at Capella University, The Chicago School of Psychology, Kaplan University, Columbia College, Herzing College and Florida Southern College, he is known by the quote, “Action does not always follow awareness”. He is a former graduate of Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and a minor in History. He later received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University and a Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Sarasota. Dr. Daly’s professional memberships include: National Board of Certified Counselors and Chi Sigma Iota (Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International Agency). He extends his expertise to the community as a board member of the A.C.T.I.O.N., Inc., Partners in Education providing group sessions for SAFE, and SEDNET 7A School-Based Mental Health Partner.

Dr. LaCretia Daly is an educator / administrator with over 20 years of experience in both K-12 public and private sectors, community college and university level. Specializing in responsive individualized sessions to meet learner’s goals with research-based strategies for meaningful usage. Former experience includes ESOL, reading and mathematical Supplemental Educational Services in Orange County and Lake County schools. Extensive trainings for modeling hands-on learning in mathematics (algebra) and connections with STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) are tools that help learners have a higher recall and content mastery with a deeper understanding of applications.
