Part-Time Fee-For-Service Records Assistant
Under general supervision from supervisor, manager or other member of management, assists members of management in project management & leads work flow in major program initiatives (e.g., organizes & oversees tasks related to the human services programs impacting records management procedures & workload, works as lead over temporary workers in backlog projects, assists with records rooms relocation initiatives); performs specialized administrative & clerical tasks in support of the agency’s customer’s case records management programs through the use of various types of software & filing systems; assists in project management & leads work flow in major program initiatives (e.g., organizing & overseeing tasks related to the human services programs impacting records management procedures & workload, working as lead over temporary workers in backlog projects, assisting with records rooms relocation initiatives); assists supervisor with preparation & delivery of training to records rooms’ staff).
Job Duties:
Assists members of management in project management & leads work flow in major program initiatives (e.g., organizes & oversees tasks related to the human services programs impacting records management procedures & workload, monitors, gathers & analyzes operational statistics for the purpose of preparing reports for members of management; works as lead over temporary workers in backlog projects, assisting with records rooms’ relocation initiatives).
Performs specialized administrative & clerical tasks in support of the agency’s customer’s case records management programs through the use of various types of software & filing systems (e.g., identifies & participates in the resolution of problems with records management software; verifies accuracy of electronic documents & physical records; sorts & collates data & enters information into records management software including updates & corrections to customer records; maintains records logs; sorts & distributes mail; follows established protocol to maintain the security of confidential records; provides customer service in person, by phone or email.
Maintains & disseminates knowledge of current records management regulations, policies, procedures, software & equipment.
Minimum Class Requirements:
A minimum of two years experience a minimum of two years experience creating advanced-level Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, a minimum of two years experience creating reports & typing correspondence using Microsoft Word, a minimum of two years of records management experience including the use of electronic & physical records management filing systems, imaging, scanning, indexing & data entry –OR- Alternative Evidence of the Minimum Class Requirements. Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English preferred.)

BCBA/BCaBA
We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) to provide clinical supervision to staff and families receiving ABA services.
Position Description
The BCBA/BCaBA serves as clinical supervisor for staff providing in-home services for children with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. As Clinical Supervisor this individual conducts in home assessments and conducts Functional Behavioral Analyses after the authorization of services. The BCBA/BCaBA writes the formalized Individual Service Plan as developed by team members and families. The BCBA/BCaBA assists in the analysis of quantifiable data collected from sessions and makes programming adjustments accordingly. He/she works directly with family members to provide education, training, support and advocacy as needed. The BCBA/BCaBA coordinates care and communication with other service providers.
Eligibility
Individual must be qualified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) possessing at least two years experience using Applied Behavioral Analysis with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst is required with applicable Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Full-Time/Part-Time Fee-For-Service Mental Health Counselor
General Description of Position:
Responsible directly to the Clinical Director of 2-Strive, LLC for performing counseling related duties and service facilitation for clients receiving mental health services. Provides or coordinates all services needed for clients seeking mental health counseling and psychiatric services. This includes knowledge of community resources and proper use. All referrals to 2-Strive, LLC will be done within an in-home and in-office services format. The applicant will be required to maintain complete accurate client charts on caseload, following Quality Assurance Standards and attend scheduled peer reviews for the purpose of chart auditing and compliance. Performs other duties as determined by the Program Director and Clinical Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field with a minimum of two (2) years experience as a counselor. Must be licensed or licensed eligible by the State of Florida as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT. Must be able to handle a caseload of 25 to 30 clients and work in a fast paced environment.
